If you’re lacking ideas for blog post topics for your real estate blog, the Real Estate Tomato has a great resource for you. The post is written by Teresa Boardman, who maintains a blog focusing on St. Paul Real Estate, and titled “Food For Fodder – 101 Real Estate Blog Topics.” There’s certainly some fantastic content ideas in there worth checking out.

After all, how many local residents in your community are interested in “Area events for children” or “Architecture or housing styles in your area”? I’d guess quite a few, but I’ve never see anyone write posts focusing on those topics — meaning they are likely topics you might gain SEO traffic from.

A new report by the British Medical Association (BMA) and the anti-tobacco group Action on Smoking and Health (ASH)
    remedies for impotence causes impotenc
e presents a stark contrast to the slick advertising images of rugged, sexy male smokers.
The report estimates 120,000 men in Britain are impotent as a direct result of their habit and says a recent MORI poll showed 88 percent of smokers do not know the sexual risks they are taking.
Both groups are urging the British Caverta smoking causes impotence government and the European Union to add new warnings on cigarette packets saying smoking causes impotence and can damage sperm.

In the past few years I’ve been researching who are the successful agents, tried to figure out why top agents are top agents.
Do they have a common educational background? No. Good ones have high school diplomas, masters and doctorates. No correlation.
Similar previous careers? No. One of the best agents I know used to teach baton twirling. I doubt if I could find a lot of those if I tried! I’ve had waiters, teachers, high powered executives and stay-at-home Moms who were all very successful.
Common interests? No. Other than eating, (which we Realtor-types seem to do exceptional well) the interests are widely diverse.
After 13 years in real estate sales and management, I’ve only found a few constants.
    1. Successful agents treat the real estate business as a business. They actually have a business plan and a budget. They understand that you have to spend money to make money. They know how many sales they need to make the income they require and then they figure how they’ll get from here to there. They plan in advance and execute the plan.
    2. They actually work when they work and play when they play and take a day or two off every week. (Just like a “real job!”)
    3. They have fun and enjoy selling real estate but know that it won’t be forever.
    4. They buy a lot of real estate for investment when they see good deals because they know that no one gets rich selling the stuff. You get rich owning it! Financial independence gives one a lot of freedom, autonomy and a certain air of confidence that smells like success.
. . . And people like to do business with successful people so they do more business!
That’s why I choose this realtor http://www.realtydirectorymakers.com/ for my future

This list is good for those days when you don’t feel like blogging about stats or the market. In other words, when you don’t feel like blogging about the most serious issues, go here to get an off the cuff idea.

    Hi Everyone,
I have a carpet cleaning business in Houston,TX that was doing pretty good until the economy went bad, and with it my clientele. I have a website for the business but I dont
know what I have to do the get it to show up in a search. Right now it’s somewhere in the yahoo/google netherworld (LOL).

Is there someone on here that can give me some insight or know of anyone that coud give me insight on how I can get my local website on the front
page of a Yahoo or Google search to increase my business without it costing me 5 or 10k $$$? If so please share with me.

I thank you and my hungry over-eating children thank you.

    thanks,

Yesterday I was looking for a workable weight loss plan. In Google I came across things like acai and http://www.scribd.com/doc/15774573/Colon-Clense – colon clense. What do say about this?. I know it is not correct forum to ask, however I need to know that.

I found the best thing to my sister’s birthday… It’s really hard to find cool and still unique.
So today I saw this thing from ZTARLET on facebook where you can name a real star in heaven and have the certificate and a teddy bear sent to you and pay it by a single SMS. So awesome :)

The same as almost all things in everyday life you should Start With the basic principles! You should get to know fundamental computer and network functionality before you start to apparatus more specialised subjects. Even if you do have experience working in an Adobe environment HDI is still a good idea to Get Into the entry level Certifications as you will get experience with the exam styles and requirements.

In light of the above comment the best way to start your path to HP Exam is with the following Tests:

    EMC
The Nortel will give you a good knowledge of general pc hardware troubleshooting and a background in how computers function. Novell is vendor neutral so makes a good starting point for moving into other more vendor specific Exam streams.

    IBM
The network plus is like the A+ exam but aimed at networking subjects, again CIW is vendor neutral so does not focus on specific products or technologies. IT will however introduce you to TCP/IP and other networking concepts which you will need to know about during your career in HP.

    LPI
The Novell certified desktop support technician exam is specific to support Adobe Windows 2003. At the moment this is the almost all common desktop operating system so learning how to support Cisco properly will set you up for entry level desktop support roles.

These three Tests will give you a good foundation to build on and are a good starting point before working on to more advanced exams such as the MCSE and CCNP.
