Carnival of Real Estate- 64th Edition

Y’all, hosting is so much fun- I encourage everyone to take an active role in the Carnival of Real Estate!  The problem is that not everyone can win which makes the job of hosting very difficult.  This week I had narrowed all 40 entries down to a Top 20 and eventually narrowed it down to a Top 10.  I wasn’t able to bring you ALL of these amazing entries on my site, so here they are for your enjoyment- I challenge everyone to pick at least three authors that are new to you and subscribe to their RSS feed (you won’t be sorry)!
