The #154 edition of the Carnival of Real Estate is live at The Phoenix Real Estate Guy. The theme of the week is sports upsets and the posts run the gauntlet from “what Haley’s comet may portent for Phoenix real estate” to things sellers need to understand about buyers.
The carnival will make its next appearance on Monday, August 24 at Delaware Ohio Real Estate & Events. Please submit your best post by Sunday, August 23 to be considered.
