Denny had one thing to add that we didn’t really get into during the podcast -
One last thing about the market and what people think/hear – we all know that bad news sells better than good news. On top of this, you’re only going to hear from people with extreme views…no moderate is going to say, “well…I REALLY agree with you and I also REALLY agree with you.” So even if the majority of people think the market has leveled out and that we’re not going to see prices crash, they’re not going to stand up and preach about it – they don’t care! I just wanted to offer my “moderate” view.
