This afternoon, I spoke with Jay Thompson — the man behind the 93rd editon of the CoRE at the Phoenix Real Estate Guy, for this week’s CoRE podcast. He recently started his own brokerage (Thompson’s Realty) and is one of the real class acts of the RE.net. Jay is on just about every social network, which makes finding him online easy. Further, he earns almost all of his business through his online efforts — so there is certainly a lot you can learn from him if you are a real estate professional trying to build your book of business online.  I hope you enjoy the conversation (I certain did)!

iTunesThe CoRE encourages all hosts to follow up with a podcast interview. Why? It’s a great way for future hosts to hear about the process and the thinking behind previous host’s selections. If you haven’t yet subscribed to the CoRE podcast, check it out (iTunes Link).
