CoRE Podcast - Rich Jacobson from Active Rain

I spoke with Rich Jacobson from Active Rain today for this week’s CoRE podcast. Even though we both live near Seattle, I haven’t really had the opportunity to speak with Rich before, but am certainly glad to finally catch up with him! We spoke about a range of topics — including the difference between real estate markets in Kansas and Washington, his role as a community builder at AR, and of course his thoughts on this week’s winners.
