If you read the Carnival of Real Estate frequently, you know there are a ton of great real estate blogs out there. And if you’ve ever wondered what it takes to start your own blog, Inman News has organized an audio conference on Monday June 11 at 11am PST called “Building from the Ground Up. Real Experiences Starting a Real Estate Blog from Scratch.”

In our first live, interactive talkcast you’ll hear first hand experiences from participants in the Project Blogger challenge to hear what it really took for them to get their real estate blogs up and running. You’ll learn exactly what worked and what didn’t work, as well learn some blogging tips and tricks to make sure you succeed. Project Blogger is a blogging competition co-sponsored by the ActiveRain Real Estate Network and Inman News. 12 blogging coaches selected 12 apprentices to mentor and set on the path towards real estate blogging super-stardom. The winning team will be announced at the Bloggers Connect conference this summer in San Francisco.

There are further details over at Active Rain for those interested in joining the call. For those that miss the live call, I should note that you’ll be able to download and listen to an MP3 podcast using your favorite music player (like iTunes) or stream it over the internet from the Inman Talk channel.
