Thought this might be of interest … The President/CEO of PMZ Real Estate in Modesto, California has a really straight-up, honest assessment of this market situation. Despite all the fortune tellers and clarvoyants out there, this guy tells it like it is. You might find his perspective interesting - coming from the highest foreclosure market in the US (San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties of California). Here’s the link to video from a Real Estate Conference held this past week. It’s on their website and available for anyone to share, PMZBuzz.com or http://www.pmzbuzz.com/2007/06/14/218/

Interesting to break the real estate down to specific area of interest as the blog world is becoming so diverse it needs to be classified so people can get the info there looking for with having to dredge through thousands of irrelevant sites.
I also have a number of blogs that may be of interest if anybody wishes to invest in Thailand.

Chris, I noticed that the archive december 2005 for your blogspot blog mentioned above is the same as your blog homepage. I’m in the process of buying a property in Bangkok, how has the market changed since you last updated your blog 20 months ago?

I suspect that the number of real estate blogs will increase over the coming year as the property market downturn will excite more real estate agents to turn to the internet to drum up more traffic and interest.

I’ve got a website but I don’t have a blog. Do I really need a blog if I’ve already got a website. I’ve never really understood the whole ‘blog’ thing. Could someone advise me?

I don’t think there is much difference Lyn. A blog can be anything that is regularly updated, so many people have blogs within their websites. Just focus on your own website and you’ll be fine.
